Sunrise Villas
Ideally located on the hills of Sunny Beach overlooking the Bay of Nessebar, the villas provide undesturbed peace and bay views. Yet, only 5 minitues drive from all major amenities and entertainment the Bulgarian Sea coast has to offer.The design of each villa has been inspired by traditional Bulgarian architecture yet updated to accommodate modern lifestyles. Traditional local building materials, such as stone walls and wooden cladding, are blended with modern elements such as large picture windows and open-plan living areas.

Each villa has four double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, one share bathroom and comes fully furnished. Internal measurements are 164 square meters. All of the villas have a private front and back garden, as well as a private outdoor pool. Full-service contracts are offered to owners so that each has the peace of mind that their villa is not only maintained and secure in their absence, but also clean and ready when they, their friends or renters arrive.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double,2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jade says: "The summary of the villas are accurate although there was no oven or toaster and only one sofa in the villa that we occupied which for a party of 8 was a little difficult at times. The bus stop is a five minute walk and only cost pennies and a ten minute journey to get to the main Sunny Beach, however the bus only runs every hour so we hired an MPV through Sands Holiday apartments which was very good value for money, we would definately recommend a hire car for future residents of the villas. As we had a child under 5 a cot was arrange free of charge for us and was ready to use on arrival which was extremely helpful. We arrived late at night and were met at the airport by Ivailo Boev of Sands holiday apartments, he followed us to the villa and then took us to and from the nearest 24hour shop, made sure we had everything we required and left his mobile incase of emergancies. The villa itself was very clean with modern decor and a homely atmosphere, by night the villas look very inviting with the use of external lighting. By day the views from the villa were spectacular and stretched for miles. The pool was cleaned daily and fresh bedding & towels arrived after 3 days. The cleaners were very nice friendly people. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay, we had a fabulous time it was very peaceful and relaxing. Since our return we have recommended the villa to several friends and family members and would definately return for another stay in the future. Many thanks to everyone involved."
