Why St Vlas
St Vlas village has about 3,000 inhabitants and is situated just 5km to the north of Sunny Beach resort and 9km away from the town of Nessebar. The village of St Vlas is believed to have been founded by the Thracian tribe of Larisi in the 2nd century BC.

The nearest airport is Bourgas which is less than 30 minutes by road.
Sunny Beach is situated 5km from St Vlas and the coastline can be seen from the sea front at the complex. This is the biggest beach resort in Bulgaria, very popular and particularly busy during the peek summer period. The climate of the resort is characterised by warm and hot summers refreshed by the cool sea breeze, mild winters almost without any snow, beautiful and sunny spring and a mild autumn.
Nessebar is situated 4km away from Sunny Beach and 9km from St Vlas and can be seen from the beach front at the ‘Garden of Eden’. This town is one of the most ancient cities in Europe, popular with its ancient monuments as well as with its beautiful medieval and renaissance architecture. The town is situated on a rocky peninsula 850m long and 300m wide, connected with the shore.
